(Not) Counting Trees

Yesterday was the second meeting of the Legislative Council Special Committee on the MFL. Audio and video are available via WisconsinEye. The Legislative Council staff have and will post other materials on their website. No audio is available yet, but should be soon.

During this meeting, I presented invited testimony (text and figures) on two studies of Wisconsin landowners (MFL-stats and carbon-owners) and on a previous study of the MFL's impact on local town-purpose property tax revenue (extension report).
